Originally, from Puerto Rico, Eliezer has had the privilege of interconnecting culturally from an early age in his life. His professional career led him to take courses in Salamanca, Barcelona and even Miami, Boston, and NYC where he completed culinary courses. This trajectory motivated a growing passion for gastronomy and viniculture that now translates into a constant search for quality products, innovative methods of production consistent with our values, and for the ultimate enjoyment of our customers.

Originally from Mendoza, the 8th wine capital of the world. Since childhood, he learned about wine making through a family protect called “11 Barricas”. Collaborating alongside his father and siblings, he produced wines from the best regions of Mendoza. He landed in Spain in 2016, in search of new challenges, but always linked to gastronomy, wines and spirits.

“From a hobby a profession is born” Originally from Andalucía. After a few years of discovering wines, tastings and excursions, as a member of a wine club, he completed a higher degree in enology. Later, he specialized as a Sommelier at the Pablo de Olavide University and the Higher School of Hospitality of Seville.
He participates as a Jury in Vinos Ciudad de Córdoba, and other competitions. He works as Maitre, Sommelier and Manager in various restaurants and Catering.
He elaborated his own wine “AMANTE”, a name that defines his personality and passion for the world of wine.

Chilean sommelier with Catalan roots and extensive international experience. He has worked at prestigious wineries such as Cousiño Macul, Concha y Toro, and Grupo SOGRAPE. In 2023, he moved to Barcelona seeking new challenges. He began at Cousiño Macul in the Tourism area and then represented their wines in the Latin American market. He was Concha y Toro’s Ambassador for Europe, Canada, the Middle East, and Africa. Later, he served as Export Manager at Chateau Los Boldos (SOGRAPE), managing markets in Latin America, Canada, Europe, and the Asia-Pacific region.
