His professional career led him to take courses in Salamanca, Barcelona and even Miami, Boston, and NYC where he completed culinary courses. Originally from Mendoza, the 8th wine capital of the world. Since childhood, he learned about wine making through a family protect called \u201c11 Barricas\u201d. Collaborating alongside his father and siblings, he produced wines from the best regions of Mendoza.
